National Industrial Security System (NISS) Increment 2

NISS is the designated National Security System and the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency’s System of Record for Industrial Security (IS) oversight and maintaining Facility Clearances (FCL) information. DCSA is seeking a capability to integrate data across multiple domains and provide a higher level of risk analysis for a common understanding and operating picture of risk across the industrial base and government customers. This project will provide a prototype enterprise-level capability for IS information management to support a Common Operating Picture of Risk for the DoD.
