PM Mission Command Terrestrial Waveform Software Defined Radio

PM Mission Command requires a terrestrial Line of Sight (LOS) waveform.  This waveform hosted on a Software Defined Radio (SDR) is to be a subcomponent in a future system. The terrestrial waveform must facilitate the formation of terrestrial networks. This waveform will be provided to the government on a software defined radio card by the vendor. This product must operate in UHF, L, S, and C frequency bands, and support 200 nodes. The government will provide this SDR card with the terrestrial waveform as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) to multiple vendors that will be developing other systems for the government. The waveform must be instantiated on a software defined radio card with sufficient capability for upgradeability and with a standard interface.
