C5ISR/EW Modular Open Suite of Standards (CMOSS) Electronic Warfare, Offensive Cyber, and SIGINT Integrated Multi-Mission Hardware and Software

The C5ISR Center is seeking multifunction CMOSS payloads with the ability to sense the electromagnetic environment and provide secure COMMS, EW, and SIGINT simultaneously. These systems require the capability to jam the enemy while simultaneously using their own tactical communications, operations that currently cannot be done at the same time and use require separate equipment.
