The prototypes to be developed will demonstrate a new process for how the Army leverages and implements Identity, Credential & Access Management (ICAM) capabilities in Denied, Disconnected, Intermittent, Limited (Bandwidth) (DDIL) environments. They will be used to evaluate the technical and operational feasibility of decentralized and distributed methods of determining identity, setting access, and authorizing Person Entities (PE) and Non-Person Entities (NPE) while operating in partitioned, DDIL and the Army Tactical Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN-A).
