description

MB-MDOTE will be a Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) environment that will enable the US Army to effectively test and evaluate new components, systems, and systems-of-systems, at scale, in the complex battlefield.  Utilization of LVC environments is the only effective way to evaluate complex problems across multiple domains, to include repeat testing as necessary due to improvements that will constantly be made.   The environment shall provide a Test & Evaluation (T&E) capability to assess the performance of weapon systems efficiently and effectively when subjected to active threats within an operationally realistic environment. The MB-MDOTE shall enable system of systems (as well as individual system and/or component) engagement by adversarial actors across multiple threat vectors. This capability will serve the Program Managers within the U.S. Army acquisition community by supporting their requirement to conduct weapon system testing within an operationally realistic multi-domain environment.
