The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Program Executive Office (PEO) is committed to delivering capabilities at the speed of relevance to counter national adversaries and maintain the nation’s technological superiority in industrial security. However, the current fielding process is hindered by bottlenecks, inflexibility, and schedule delays that arise after software has been demonstrated in staging. To address these challenges, the DCSA PEO is shifting from delivering large, pre-defined capability sets to an agile approach focused on the rapid development and deployment of individual capabilities as minimum viable products (MVPs). The Performer will be responsible for delivering refactored software and new capabilities into the Software Factory, ensuring successful implementation.
