International Military Student (IMS) Publicly Available Electronic Information (PAEI) Solution Prototype

The Government is seeking a Publicly Available Electronic Information (PAEI) solution for Expedited Screening’s (ES) missions.  The mission requires execution of the SECDEF requirement to collect PAEI content from major social media platforms and to provide near real time organization of the content, facilitating the identification of potential risks, understanding content and network composition, and true social network analysis. The objective is to provide a prototype enterprise-level capability Commercial of the Shelf (COTS) web-based tool access data from publicly available information (PAI), particularly social media that will provide for screening and vetting capabilities of International Military Students (IMS) applicants.
