Multiple Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Program Management Offices are seeking performers that continues the services required to sustain legacy software applications and subordinate systems into their future replacement system. The Government has legacy software applications and systems including the National Background Investigations Bureau (NBIB) Public Portal (NP2) software application which will eventually migrate into the National Background Investigation Services (NBIS) system. The purpose of this requirement is to build upon the existing NP2 Portal to improve security, user functionality, stability, and cost efficiencies.
