Spectrum Node Terrestrial Layer System (TLS) Remote Evaluator (SNTRE)

The Government seeks a prototype solution that is directly relevant to enhancing the mission effectiveness of personnel of the Department of Defense and the supporting platforms, systems, components, or materials proposed to be acquired or developed by the Department of Defense, or to improvement of platforms, systems components, or materials in use by the armed forces. The scope of the solution includes research, development, demonstration, validation or transition (including training) of the prototype technology.  The outcome will be relevant to enhancing the mission effectiveness of personnel of the Department of Defense and the supporting platforms, systems, components, and materials.
